"Agreement" refers to these Terms of Service and any related policies or order forms.
"Application" means the PMU Wave web and mobile platform.
"Client" refers to a user's customer.
"Client data" includes any information, images, documents, or content uploaded by users about their clients.
"Confidential information" is any non-public information marked or understood to be confidential.
"Order form" refers to a written or digital document specifying subscription plans and any related purchases.
By signing up, accessing, or using the PMU Wave platform, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to legally bind your business. You are responsible for your account and its activity. Keep your login credentials secure.

We may update or change features over time. We are not responsible for any impact caused by these changes.
You may be invited to use early-access features. These are experimental and may be discontinued without notice.
You retain ownership of the content and data you upload.
By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your data as needed to provide the service.
You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your clients before uploading their information or sending them emails. You must comply with all relevant privacy and email laws.
Do not upload sensitive data such as health records covered by HIPAA, social security numbers, or credit card numbers. PMU Wave is not designed to handle that kind of data.
We use standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
We create system-level backups for disaster recovery only. You are responsible for maintaining your own regular backups.
We do not guarantee your data will always be available or recoverable. You agree that PMU Wave is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or failure to store content.
You agree not to:
We may integrate with services such as email platforms, calendars, or payment processors. These are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their behavior or outcomes.
Subscriptions are billed in advance. You are responsible for payment even if you don't use the service.
We may update prices. Changes will apply on renewal with at least 30 days' notice.
You are responsible for any taxes related to your use of the service.
You can stop using the platform at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
We will retain your data for 30 days after account closure, after which it may be permanently deleted. We are not responsible for retained or lost data after this period.
Email support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.
We aim for 99.5% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events. No uptime guarantee is implied.
All platform technology, branding, and design are owned by PMU Wave. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse any part of the platform.
If you submit suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely to improve our services.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or that the platform will meet your needs.
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PMU Wave, its employees, and partners from any claims related to your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable laws.
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and only use it to fulfill the obligations of this agreement.
This agreement begins when you create an account and continues until canceled by either party. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the term.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Delaware.
If a dispute arises, we agree to attempt to resolve it through informal negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware. No class actions are permitted.
We are not responsible for events outside our control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, war, or government actions.
We may update these terms with notice (e.g., by email or within the platform). Continued use of the service means you accept the revised terms.
